They also used there camera and I got to see what was the issue! I would of never known I had roots growing in my pipe. Seeing it for myself through the camera was such a plus that I proceeded to get that fixed. They fixed that issue and now I have no worries my toilet getting backed up. "Evil scammers of the elderly ! These people are sick, taking advantage of seniors on a fixed income with a decline in cognitive thinking as well as Diabetic complications ! I am the homeowners caretaker and son, over 2yrs ago these SCAMMERS took $14000 from my dad to fix a clogged toilet ! ! ! I just found this out. They saw an easy target and ripped my dad off. Instead of snaking and pitting a camera down the toilet, they tore up the front yard. THEY DIDNT REPLACE ANYTHING ! They removed 1 of 2 Darin pipes. IDK why. THE IDIOTS also cut the discharge pipe for the pool [Expletive removed] U MORONS ! They then found a WATER LEAK under the driveway. WHY ARE YOU LOOkiNG FOR A WATER LEAK ! We wanted a toilet unclogged. The workers were [Expletive removed] and didn't even check to see if the clogg was fixed. BEWARE THEY SCAM THE ELDERLY ! ! The toilet never worked after all that. The other toilet is upstairs and is hard for my elderly parents to use. These guys are thrives, everyone contact them and ask why they treat our seniors like this. Left around 5 o'clock. 8/15/2024 9:00 to 11:50 Oscar replaced the drywall and patched the ceiling, not sanded or painted."
