Inspector made time from his busy schedule to swing by and inspect my roof because of hail storm same day that I called . He took lots of pictures and reassured me that my roof was fine. Great customer service!

They were very nice and professional. My gutters needed cleaning and they cleaned at no additional expense. They cleaned up all debris and hauled it away.. They did an excellent job.

I had a small leak next to concrete tiles adjacent to my balcony wall. Ivan assessed the issue within minutes and came out the next day to fix the problem, a minor repair, didn't want to charge anything other than materials, and offered to come back later with a hose to check the area. Very professional, honest, and would gladly recommend him for your roof issues.

Ivan and his team did a great job on my house. I got several quotes and theirs was by far the best price. I needed all the fascia and soffit repainted, some needed to be replaced. Chimney needed to be replaced and repainted. There was flashing that was loose between the windows and the bricks. The team worked well, and fast. I got several drops of paint onto my brick and front entrance, but it was minor. Overall great job.

We put out a call for several companies to come give us a bid last Friday. Several wanted to come out this Friday, the others have not even bothered to contact us. New Elite Roof, LLC contacted us within a few minutes and were over here within the hour and gave me a bid that was lower than the others one we had managed to get. Price was not the real selling point. It was their Restoration Specialist. He was remarkably friendly, extremely knowledgeable and approachable. Let me know exactly what they were going to do. Gave me a sketch of the plan, took photos, measured, then produced a quote right there on the spot. More than anything was the fact that i could tell he was actually listening to me, looking me in the eye, when i asked question or made a remark.

Ivan is great. He answered my request quickly, explained how he would fix our roof and broke down the material costs. The repair was done quickly and the roof looks great. We will call them again when it's time to replace!
